## What is Spot Me Workout Builder?

Do you ever show up to the gym but have no idea what exercises to do? Is the idea of building a workout plan intimidating to you? With this simple app, you can put your mind at ease.

Simply select a few preferences:
- what muscle groups you would like to workout (chest, shoulder, biceps, triceps, core, legs)
- what equipment you have available (weights, machines, body weight)
- how intense you want your workout to be (light, medium, hard)
- how many exercises you want to do (ranging 3-10)

Then at the click of a button, a full workout is custom built just for you! If you don't like any of the workouts, you can shuffle that workout for a different one as many times as you like. Don't like more than one workout? Just hit the "New Workout" button and it will switch out all new workouts in an instant!

Once you like all your workouts, there is not more need to think. The app tells you exactly how many sets and repetitions of each workout to do, and you barely had to lift a finger!

Ditch the stress of planning your gym workout, and download "Spot Me" as your own personal spotter!
