Out of the 100 times I’ve tried to use this app it has only worked about 5 times. Then when it did work it was on a 3 to 4 minute delay. When my daughter was out of her dance class she was able to watch herself still in the class. It constantly glitches, the user interface is poor and there have no significant updates to enhance the user experience in the 3yrs I’ve used it. They also haven’t done anything to enhance and update the experience for business owners, after many empty promises. Our gym is ditching the service and it’s no surprise. There are viewing limits, which is understandable, but when it glitches or you try to change cameras, it logs you off and calls that a log in. By the time I get through my 5 login attempts, I’ve seen nothing because the system either doesn’t show anything or kicks me off. When I have been able to view, the stream is so low quality I can’t even tell kid is mine. Screen mirroring to try to get a better image accuses you of recording and deactivates your account. Just awful. So happy that we are in a place where we can watch our kids in person and I hope this company goes out of business because they are absolutely terrible. The quality is horrible, being a parent and trying to watch a 4 year old in dance class and getting a frozen screen legitimately every 1.5 seconds and then getting logged out every 10 seconds to have to log in then add a code then sit again in a 40 min class to watch your child. It locked me out of my child’s session now saying I’ve reached the “log-in limit” and she’s at the gym for 3 more hours. Why is there a log in limit when it doesn’t recognize that you’ve only momentarily left the app and didn’t completely close it? What is even the purpose of the log in limit? Why is there a log in limit when my child is there for 4 hours a day every single day? I can’t constantly watch it for 4 hours, I have to do other things and check back in. ### 2/5 — App will not even open after this update. If this app would get with the times, the app itself should just have a blank screen if you take a screen shot or try screen recording like every other app. For example, if you have an app that has a pro version, but it’s paid for, and it has templates for example, if you try and screen shot, your screen shot is a black blank screen. It also freezes, the screen doesn’t rotate back and you have to constantly sign back out and in again.
