## What is SpotCheck?

SpotCheck is task accountability for real-world teams — cleaning crews, facility ops, gyms, restaurants, anywhere the work is physical and "done" should be visible.

Instead of a paper checklist that gets pencil-whipped at the end of a shift, every project in SpotCheck is proven with photos: a before shot of the spot, an after shot of the finished work. Managers review, approve, and award points. The whole team sees the wins.

HOW IT WORKS
- Managers snap a photo of what needs doing, set a point value, and assign it to a teammate — or post it to the open pool for anyone to claim
- Teammates do the work and submit an after photo taken in-app (no gallery uploads, no old photos — what you see is what just happened)
- Managers approve or send it back with a note
- Approved work hits the team feed and the leaderboard

WHY TEAMS STICK WITH IT
- Points, not paperwork — heavier point values pull people toward the jobs everyone avoids
- Weekly leaderboard resets every Monday, so every week is a fresh race
- The public feed only celebrates finished work — accountability happens in private, not by shaming
