Doesn’t matter if I install via the App Store or VPP. This needs to be fixed ASAP. **Developer response:** Thanks for bringing this to our attention. The issue you describe is not something we've seen or been able to reproduce, so it would be very helpful to gather more data about the issue. We'd appreciate if you log into the Support Portal (https://support.tibco.com/) and file a support ticket. If you don't already have access there you can click on 'Register' in the upper right hand corner, or ask the Spotfire Admin in your office to grant you access to file support tickets. ### 1/5 — 2.10.0 *2018-05-23* This update to 2.10.0 is not working for anyone in our company since we are still on server version 7.0.1.16. You are basically forcing users to upgrade in order to use this app. There was no warning that this version would not be backwards compatible. Had we known this we could have at least warned our users. Could do with some touch screen savvy components for spotfire webplayer as some controls are just not suited to the touch screen. The list of examples is inspiring. Unfortunately the app seems unhappy on iOS6 with the analyses stalling at the opening stage.
