However, when you can’t get the recording of your show because for some reason the email doesn’t always send… and you have to way 3 days for support to assist you in recovery, it definitely puts a damper on the experience. ### 3/5 — 3 Stars With Potential For 5 (Scheduling Rooms) *2021-09-07, version 2.0.10* I love the platforms potential but what good is it to open the platform up to everyone to trump clubhouse but not give people the ability to schedule and promote rooms. This is seriously slowing down the growth of the podcast I record on this platform. ### 4/5 — Accessibility issues *2021-09-02, version 2.0.10* Having to create an account would discourage people from tuning in. The app should have a version where people can listen but not be aloud to speak or comment. Rock, and all it’s sub genres are completely missing and I would actually love to talk to others about various rock categories. ### 3/5 — frustrated *2021-08-02, version 2.0.9* i was in a greenroom, and the app wanted me to update it so i did. when i tried to go back and find it, it was gone. the creator of the room is very popular on the app, so there’s no way that i shouldn’t be able to find the room. i’m upset because you guys need to make it easier to find rooms especially if you left and/or were kicked out. and another thing, if you send out notifications for a greenroom that is going live then you should at least have the notification show up inside the app as well. it’d make it easier for people to locate their favorite rooms that are live atm. 😐 ### 3/5 — Finally accept apostrophe in name *2021-07-13, version 2.0.7* Fair is fair, I will upgrade my review. I tried updating, restarting my phone and it’s not working. I’ll keep my eye out for the improvements in the future but for now it was only good during the Euro cup after games rooms. It’s not adding my interests or letting me hear any conversations in rooms. It’s been about a week. Right now the NBA category is filled with random topics. Great networking app. Builds ur confidence, allows u to feel more comfortable socializing cause there is a chat box section, and this app allows u to encourage or show love by Gemini each other. Might be such a small act but it truly goes a long way! LOVE IS LOVE. A few things I believe is users need: Bring 5 minute gems back. If someone is blocked they can’t enter a room no matter what. Don’t kick the other person who didn’t block out. Add Instagram handle like u did with Twitter. Add more gif, but that’s not a main concern. Add accessible feedback but not when we shake our phone. These rooms need at least two/three hosts. Give the host ability to mute people. The alphabetic seating order is cool, but I believe it would be better if u did first come first place/serve. This is all I can think of for now. Will update if needed 🤍 ### 2/5 — Pretty buggy - Unable to use it *2021-06-22, version 2.0.3* Unable to even register an account, error messages/handling doesn’t exist, onboarding flow could be a bit cleaner. Would love to try the app but unable to. UI feels nice though. ### 2/5 — Hard to find good NBA shows. Unable to listen to Past Discussions. *2021-06-22, version 2.0.3* I follow the NBA. But the recommended rooms are all dead and a lot of them have nothing to do with the sport. I hope this feature gets fixed. I'd really like legit NBA recommendations, if there are any. And another HUGE downside is not being able to listen to past discussions. The various live room discussions should be saved, so they're able to be played at a later time for convenience purposes taking into account the user's schedule. ### 2/5 — No focus on music *2021-06-21, version 2.0.3* For a business that is predominantly about music, you’d think their version of clubhouse would have a lot of live DJs and music discovery. There’s NO emphasis on music whatsoever and most of what you find are rooms discussing the NBA. ### 3/5 — Great app but needs work *2021-06-18, version 2.0.2* Hi my name is Emily and I just got your app tonight so far I really like it but I am completely blind and I believe accessibility needs to be the main focus with making everything accessible so far it is which is great but when trying to create a room it just says dimmed so can you fix this I would Like to have a option to see who is speaking and when trying to select my favorites it doesn’t work on my end at all I see this app being wonderful and using it a lot but please fix the accessibility of the app for blind users ### 2/5 — Can’t save topics/interests *2021-06-17, version 2.0.2* I’ve tried more than once to select topics/interests and when I tried to save, nothing happened. I’m not sure if the app is crashing or what but I’ve closed and opened it multiple times too. There are all sorts of scaling problems they’ve had and the result is that all the good creators are elsewhere and the app has terrible and dull rooms at this point. It was good for a week after launch but they failed miserably. Just wondering when the app will be put out if it’s misery. ### 1/5 — Not Ready For Use *2021-08-11, version 2.0.9* The app still needs a lot of work. I follow 6 people and have notifications turned on, but can’t navigate to their open rooms when they start. I have to go through the Twitter link that they post on their Twitter account to even see the room. It’s not on my GreenRoom feed, and if I navigate to their account there’s no link to their room. Audio cuts out and I have to leave and re-enter the room multiple times. The app shouldn’t have been released yet, there’s already several other platforms that do this much better right now. ### 1/5 — I would love to actually try this app…. *2021-07-30, version 2.0.8* You’re high profile podcast talent is promoting this app, and you can’t get in to the room because it’s full. Why is there a cap on how many people can use your product? Why would you put a cap on the amount of people to join a room? It really doesn’t make sense and honestly a bad business model. I was excited to converse topics about artist and music. I tried to create a room or look for other rooms I’d enjoy. I couldn’t find anything I’d send to enjoy. I thought I’d delete the app and my account but there’s no option to delete my account. ### 1/5 — Can’t Edit Favorite Topics *2021-06-17, version 2.0.1* When signing up I was asked to select topics - after selecting about 13 of them, I was unable to proceed. I force closed the app, and when I went to my profile, I’m unable to select the section to add/edit my favorite topics. Isn’t following relevant topics the whole point of the app? This app is fine, but I don’t want to use it any longer and I cannot remove my personal information. Honestly was the only thing keeping me on the app as it is glitchy and most of the lives are interesting but putting up with the app is a headache. The app itself is easy to navigate… I get to use the avenue for all of my conspiracy/political/ alien content… it’s a great way to meet like minded ppl and just have a chill conversation or a crazy debate! Can’t wait to see how it progresses in the future! Only thing I wish we could do is make backgrounds and perhaps get notified when ppl enter your room other the.
