I use it extensively for work, and just the last update they took away the feature where you can tap and hold on the address and instantly copy so you can paste elsewhere. ### 2/5 — Glitchy Software *2026-02-03, version 2.46.2* SPOTIO has way too many issues that make it extremely hard to use. The app also creates an issue for itself with the network. While even video streaming apps work, SPOTIO continues to shows no network connection. The app calling often shows error and the app needs to be deleted and reinstalled to work. Cant ever update leads properly, half of them give you incorrect inputs, and now I can’t even log into the app at all, how many times can I get sent a new code and it still be the wrong code😂😂😂 like come on. What’s a simple job seems way harder than it need to be. Simple stuff as well such as merely clicking addresses. If you get lucky than MAYBE it will load after a few minutes if at all. Makes things hard as a team as well. If you do manage to place a pin than there’s a large chance a coworker won’t see it, making them visit an already visited place causing them to waste time and possibly have an altercation with an annoyed homeowner. Literally upgraded my phone so this app would work better and its almost the same slow response as when i had an iPhone 10. I would avoid this app like the plague if i could. It’s the lost frustrating app ever ### 2/5 — Slow, many data errors *2025-07-02, version 2.41* This app has progressively gotten worse over the 2+ years that I’ve used it for business. The thing that I found most frustrating is how sluggish the app works. A second complaint I have about the app is the volume of homes that have detached garages that are listed with incorrect addresses and the volume of homes that don’t exist yet have addresses within the greater area of Omaha, Nebraska. The third and probably most annoying issue I found with this app is if a sales individual place the pin on the home the next individual that goes to the home has to click exactly on the pin previously posted otherwise a black pin will be created. Over the smaller print that I have now. I can’t copy and paste off the appointment info tabs any more, and when it comes to route creation, I can’t manually move/drag a route change like I used too to optimize the route to my preference. Unfortunately now, everything in my morning after this update has become a massive inconvenience and much more time consuming. But it also crashes all the time, makes your phone so hot that it literally shuts down, and then if you use this app for more then 2 months- you will need a new phone simply because the app ligit cooked the other one. I’m currently waiting and have been waiting for 10 minutes for ONE pin to load on the map so I can find it. List view is a non starter, is that my lead driving away? I have no idea because SPOTIO won’t display info. Don’t even risk your day by messing with the filters. This app is trash. But I've done so with a great tool in hand The regular updates are great! They will also reach out to ask for your time to review them, on a Zoom call. They are looking to help each and every client on the route to having more sales!!
