Slow, hardly works. Most times have to close it down and reopen the get it too work. ### 1/5 — Worst app in the world *2026-07-30* Verizon had the best app reveal and decided to go backwards and go with spotlight. It’s slow, when you open up the app your map isn’t loaded, there is features that the old reveal app had that this can’t do. So frustrating will look to leave Verizon because of this ### 1/5 — I’ll step in the wrong direction! *2026-07-15, version 2.18.17* I really loved the last app, the one they forced me to get rid of, called reveal. This Spotlight app is significantly less user-friendly and very cumbersome. ### 1/5 — It works when it wants to *2026-07-10* I always try to get locations of drivers and it will kick me out of the system. When login back in it does the same over and over until you are logged in sometimes after 20 -50 times trying to log in! It doesn’t help if you need a location immediately. I hate it! ### 1/5 — Why change a good thing?!?! *2026-07-07* The old tracker app wasn’t superior or anything but was WAY better than this junk… glad I don’t pay for it and my company does or I would cancel my service. Paying for something that isn’t user friend is a joke! ### 1/5 — Forced to switch to this app *2026-07-05, version 2.18.16* Does not load properly or perform near as well as the old app. Makes it harder to track fleet and manage alerts. ### 3/5 — OK, but… *2026-06-29* The app works OK, but it keeps logging me out which although isn’t critical, it is inconvenient having to log back in. Bigger issue though is the fact that sometimes it takes a couple of minutes for any vehicles to show up. Really frustrating. ### 1/5 — Not user friendly *2026-06-23, version 2.18.15* They got rid of reveal, good for looking up and finding tracked assets location, to this program which is horrible for that. Don’t even get me started on there customer service side…. ### 1/5 — Reveal was better *2026-06-23* Beware of Verizon multi year auto renewing contracts which cannot be cancelled without full payment of future unused years. So far this new app is worse than Reveal app that it replaced. Live map takes ages to load, replay doesn’t work, they have made a previously simple app into an app that requires too many clicks and navigating of menus to eventually end up at a feature that no longer works ### 1/5 — Won’t even start up *2026-06-21, version 2.18.15* Lots of glitch…the wheel spins showing a map of Europe ….
