I have been trying to change my password for weeks now. I have submitted several requests. I can not figure out what my password is now. I have tried calling them will no success. I was able to log in for the first two days. I have not been able to log in since. It continues to say my log in is invalid. I’ve tried resetting my password and user name. I am under stress quite a bit, so, YES Do I have a runny nose or cough? YES—but it doesn’t ask if I have asthma or allergies It doesn’t ask if I’ve been vaccinated. This app will have me using every sick day I have because it won’t allow me in my school building because of my NORMAL LIFE. You would think after a few months, their programmers would fix the sibling sign on and multiple badge display as well. You can do all of your check-ins and then next thing you know, you get an email from your bosses boss reprimanding you because you have not done your check- ins. Your check- ins don’t register with your employer reliably. So it really defeats the purpose of mandating check-ins for all employees. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2022-03-31, version 3.1.1* Required to use this app for work. It’s annoying how it doesn’t let you stay signed in. So I have to open the app while I’m driving. It is really annoying with how I have to upload my vaccine card. I don’t have my email attached to the app, now it’s not letting me update my email. Thus not letting me upload my vaccine. ### 1/5 — Very buggy and unreliable *2021-10-04, version 2.9.5* My employer requires us to use this app and it is very poorly made. It only works occasionally and often requires a restart of my device for it to register my information. No alerts are sent to my phone even though I authorized them. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not solve the problems. While it is not my choice to use this app for the health check ins, I would not recommend it to another entity who is looking for a similar app. ### 1/5 — Emocha *2021-09-20, version 2.9.4 (533)* I hate you. App Store only has option of “open”, no cloud symbol update. I restart phone, reinstall app, blah blah blah. THEN MY BOSS REALIZED THAT WAS AN ADD SAYING TO GO TO THE STORE AND UPDATE IT, had to X out of that window to sign in..... But where is there no “remember me” option? This is the only app I have that won’t allow my phone to populate the user name and password or use Face ID. Considering that this is used by a lot of schools, why isn’t there an option to enter data for siblings without having to log in as one, enter the data, log back out and then log back in as the other child? Also, for the temperature input, really needs to be more like a bank deposit input, where the decimal place is already populated. Just those two small changes would really improve the app. ### 3/5 — Could be better *2020-06-15, version 2.5.3* This is an okay app. However, the camera is facing only one side, you can not flip or reverse the camera. This makes it very difficult to tape for example pills that you place in your hand or on a pill holder. ### 2/5 — Frustrating to set up *2026-01-08, version 5.5.9* I’m a provider experimenting with the patient version of the app. Because I didn’t set up my account the minute I got the invitation text, it’s now got me in an endless loop of going back to the App Store when all I want to do is set up an account. There is NO WAY my adolescent patients with mental health & substance use issues will put up with the frustration of what could be a very helpful adjunct to treatment. ### 2/5 — Yes app used to be great *2022-08-24, version 3.2.8* Over time it has gotten progressively slower. Whatever upgrades they have been doing has clearly slowed down the functionality of the app to the point that it is now useless because it is so slow.
