The app has been really poor recently performance wise, is there any updates on the way ? It keeps logging me off

The app itself is fine ONCE you’re in, however you can’t click on any notifications, because that logs you out. Come on guys - £20 a month from all of us and it makes notifications useless?

I’ve installed the app on my IPhone 14 Pro Max and since than it hasn’t allowed me to logging. It says : “issue with your username, email or password”.
De details are correct and when I asked for reset of password it says user not found/or do not exists.

I am unable to create an account. The only option it gives you when you open the app is to login. I have tried creating an account via login in but it does not work.

My advice to anyone would be to delete the app, and just log in to Spotlight via a webpage using your phone, laptop or desk top. The mobile app is terrible, and won’t allow me to log in, despite me putting in the correct email address and password, complete and utter waste of time. But the whole website is poor, I am trying to check up on my current subscription, and it won’t even allow me to look at it, so I’ll have to call Spotlight via telephone. Shocking service.

Phone app works fine but the iPad app shows a screen saying “Performers Access Only”. I am a spotlight performer member so this bug is annoying!

When I first open the app, I am prompted to login, I’m then shown a ‘Spotlight Performers Access Only’ screen. The only user action I can taken then is to click the View Website CTA button. This then takes me to a webpage which I’m again prompted to log in, by nothing happens when I return to the app. I’m not sure if there is an issue with linking up entitlements as I am a member, my membership is active, so I should be able to access the app. 

It’s a shame as I was really looking forward to using the app. I’ll check back again soon (??) I guess and see if this has been fixed. Then I’d be more than happy to update my review and rating.
