### 1/5 — Problems and lack of instructions

*2021-01-10*

In principle this is not a bad app.The lack of instructions is annoying and disappointing, along with the faffing around for registering.
I am unable to process my sightings too.
Although it cost £2.99 to buy,I could have saved my money and bought a coffee.

**Developer response:** Hello,

You'll find lots of instructions and help material at https://spotlog.org/spotlogv5/start

Bit fair point - there is no help built into the app. I will add a link to the web help and some getting started material to the app.

If you have specific questions not covered there please ask on the SpotLog forum, or contact support@spotlog.org.

You don't need to register to use the App - only for the forum - and we need to ask forum users to register, otherwise we get a lot of bad posts from bots etc.

Thanks for trying SpotLog, I hope we can resolve your issues and convince you the app is worth using ;-)

### 1/5 — Poor app

*2018-12-12*

Does not work

### 4/5 — Problem with with my spot log list

*2019-12-23*

I love using this app it’s great for keeping track of where I’m up to and how many times I’ve seen a unit before / if I haven’t seen it. But I have one problem at the minute, my iPhone ran out of storage and ended up crashing out completely I had to reset my phone back to factory settings and restore from a backup, when I loaded up the SpotLog app and re - loaded my numbers back onto the app from the handy back up section in settings, but for some reason quite a lot of the ticks are missing on the units I have already spotted and when click on the particular unit / loco it tells me where I saw it last and how many times I have logged it on the database but they don’t seem to have a tick next to them which is really bizarre. Any ideas as to how I can fix this issue ???
Once again great app and I hope this can be fixed soon 😊

### 5/5 — Great App & even better in version 5

*2021-01-30*

A wonderful app not just for modern traction in UK. It has preserved stuff, UK metros etc as well as many foreign counties also. It is constantly being updated and any problems are usually sorted within 24 hours. A great find. 👍🏻 and well done to everyone concerned with the app. 👏🏻

**Developer response:** Thankyou for your review: glad you like the app.

### 5/5 — Superb spotting App

*2021-01-17*

Since the upgrade to Version 5 SpotLog has gone to a new level. If you need an App for logging your sightings & haulages then I highly recommend.

Also, if you see missing or incorrect the guys that run this are responsive to feedback via the forum.

Superb!!!

### 5/5 — Superb

*2021-01-17, version 5.1.3*

Superb app and great support had one or two issues but tech support always been top notch and prompt. Also when you find something missing really quick to add things too.
