Trying to support a local and veteran owned business and I would absolutely love to but when you don’t stand behind your product or make it right you’ve lost business from me and I will no longer be recommending you all. ### 4/5 — Awesome GPS Fence *2026-07-07, version 2.0.19* The GPS fence works great. However, the only time I get an alert is when the app is opened on my phone. An app for the Apple Watch that allows us to receive alerts when the boundary has been crossed would also be awesome! ### 3/5 — Spotty accuracy *2026-06-30, version 2.0.19* Negatives: Dogs getting corrected inside safe zones. No alert they have left boundaries on app-very quiet alert tone unless wearing earbuds or no alert at all. No red light when powering off-hard to tell of collars are off when changing locations. Switching between fences is clunky when 2 collars next to each other-first one will switch quickly but then has trouble finding the other collar. Static correction and /or vibration isn’t working every time they cross the boundary - my dogs know the boundaries very well at home and did before I got the collars but got these to help with chasing things which helps occasionally. Can definitely tell when is working because one dog will sit on edge of boundary and wait and other times blast through where it’s supposed to be and no sound from app. Positives: multiple fences at various locations. Shareable with people watching your pets. Long charge (lasts all day) and re-charges quickly. ### 5/5 — Freedom for Zeus *2026-06-30, version 2.0.19* This pet containment system is the best I have used. Zeus has 19 acres to explore and be a Labrador. He knows his boundaries and respects them. I can easily locate him and call him home when it's time. Cannot connect to collar most times. Collar drops signal often and we live in the city where signal is not an issue. It used to work great, but over last 6 months this collar has declined in its reliable service. The collar has extremely poor quality. We had to replace the clip twice within the first year and now the collar has completely ripped in half by not even 2 years. After spending $1,000 on this product, you would think it would be better quality. I’m assuming that’s why the warranty is only one year, because this is what happens after and then spot on isn’t liable for paying for another one. I would NEVER recommend this product especially for this price. Bluetooth not connecting for update. This is a Labrador that is mostly indoor but loves to role in dirt. Should be able to handle normal dog behavior but original one inside components came loose quickly. I wonder if I was given a faulty refurbished one. Love concept! Maybe the newest model addressed the collar falling off and more secure inside. Hope this helps people make informed decision. Enough about that other collar. What is great about this collar and company? They stand by their product and it is what they say it is. It is water proof, which is important for a lab that live on a lake. We’ve been using it for over a year and it still holds a good charge. It is easy to clean when the old boy finds something stinky to roll in. We live in a wooded area and it is accurate and displaying his location. Which has been useful on several different occasions. He slipped the collar twice this summer digging for bunnies in the brush after loosing some weight. We were able to find the collar by seeing where the collar was last located. Then used the blue tooth to identify when we were close to it. Then looked in that vacuity for disturbed ground.
