It only shows the first few days before it just completely crashes out as you scroll. It makes you login almost every single time you use it and then sometimes it won’t even let you login at all. Then other times when it does let you login it glitches and shows you the wrong schedule and position. Extremely annoying. Logging in is unreliable, no employee messaging function, no intuitive way to swap shifts or cover shifts with manager control. Too bad! *2025-06-13* After all the attempts to log in, if it does let me in, I can only see an incredibly simplified version of the schedule. My job involves driving to specific locations per shift, and it can't show me any useful information like my shift manager's names or the ADDRESS i need to be at. You log in, maybe get to see when you work that day and then the app logs you back out a second later. Have to enter my email to get to be able to log in with my username and password and then wait for it to log me back in the second time so I can actually see my schedule. It loads schedules so slowly that I just thought I couldn’t see other people’s shifts the first couple times I used it. Sometimes it will show me everyone else’s shift that day and not mine. I’ve written this in the time I’m trying to sign in to see my schedule. Oh… but bummer it’s not my schedule I’m seeing when I got through but my manager’s or another employee’s that has nothing to do with my position :( Gotta fight a small battle to see what time you work today… You also can’t see the full message if an announcement is sent out from management, just a snippet; perfect. The Teamwork “classic” is just a webpage pretending to be an app with many similar issues. I’d like to be able to tap an app then, maybe, Face ID authorization puts me through to my schedule instead of having to type my password three times and my phone number in twice. I panicked a few days ago because it said I was scheduled at 9 am but alas, the app believed I was the GM of the establishment and I actually wasn’t scheduled until 5 pm. It’s not an issue with my hardware because it’s happening to everyone I talk to at work. It’s an issue with SpotOn attempting to be a reliable small business software company when they can’t even build a Wikipedia page. The app is almost unusable in its current state and should never have been rolled out with so many bugs. The problems start right at the login process, which is overly complicated and frustrating.
