I always received an error message telling me to call a phone number for help. No one ever answered it when I called. While there were plenty of businesses local to me on the app, no one bothered to offer any rewards or incentives for using it. ### 1/5 — Password reset *2025-08-29, version 4.46.2* Yeah, you still haven’t fixed the password reset. Very poor app that won’t let you reset a password. Very frustrated. ### 1/5 — Garbage app *2025-04-01, version 4.46.2* This app is trash. I tried a log in reset only to get a 404 code on the weblink they sent me to reset my password. It also doesnt allow for a second request to reset a password ### 1/5 — Broken with seemingly no fix! *2025-02-05, version 4.46.2* App closes immediately after opening. I attempted everything that customer support suggested - MULTIPLE times. Finally told it couldn’t be fixed and was suggested I leave a review. The ultimate fix came with the merchant changing to another program named “Toast!” Problem solved! ### 1/5 — Worst ever *2024-09-02, version 4.46.1* If I could give this app zero stars I would. The app itself doesn’t work, not on my phone or at the restaurant. The restaurant staff was extremely frustrated by this app! I cannot get into my account and no one in support can figure out why I am getting error codes. Today they tell me the app is only good on Androids. Every time I email customer service, no one responds, yet the very next day, I get an email saying they are waiting for my response. No one can figure out why they are not receiving my emails. I won’t waste my time anymore. I almost feel like clapping for the developers - you did it! Except yikes, precisely why did you design it exactly that way - to keep everyone out? I could report the several flaws that I ran into if that would be helpful, but I only want to type them out if someone is listening. And honestly, why can’t a person on the inside notice what’s wrong, anyway?
