I’m amazed and a believer. And even better? I saved 70 gallons of water in the process because they don’t use water. No more trips to the car wash and waiting in line for a mediocre job. Now I come to work, drop off my keys and drive home in a fresh smelling car. I did an interior and exterior detail with SpotsWash, and it looked like I had just driven my car off the lot! Not to mention the fact that all of this was done in the comfort of my apartment, and I did not have to waste time waiting for the wash to be done because it was done while I was sleeping! Until I experienced SpotsWash, the thought never crossed my mind. I was completely and totally surprised by the professionalism, efficiency, price, and quality of the job they performed. I’ve already recommended SpotsWash to many of my colleagues. The real challenge, my wife’s car. Service is never available at my location (location is in the list). No point to use it. But idea is good. ### 1/5 — Awful scam do not use! *2021-12-17, version 1.7.1* Awful scammers. Booked them twice and never came once. Took my money. No contact. No explanation. Only can reach them through email to which they never respond. When I first used spotwash, I thought it was a great idea. In the first month I used spotwash, one of their washers stole my sunglasses. After spotwash made me send them pictures to prove it, they bought me another pair of sunglasses, which were $100 cheaper than the ones stolen. 10 days ago, I booked an exterior wash overnight - nothing was done in the morning so I emailed them. They responded that they washed my car with a picture - the car they washed was not my car. I have emailed them 3x since then without hearing back. Data collection? ### 1/5 — Not impressed *2019-09-13, version 1.3.1* I was really excited to try this company and got an indoor and outdoor cleaning. They did a really sloppy job- I can still easily brush sand off my seats and visibly have dust in places I didn’t before. They also skipped the tire shine. I sent them my pictures and they said they stood by the cleaning and basically considered this to be “very clean”. They agreed to refund me for the inside cleaning but I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time and money with this company. ### 1/5 — Very disappointed *2019-03-13, version 1.1.0* Tried using their service and they did not clean my car, saying that the outdoor parking lot of my apartment complex is unsafe (yet they have a contract with our apartment complex). Nowhere in the app does it say that they won’t do this, so I already paid for the full service and didn’t use my car during the requested time so they could tell me this. App interface has barely any and you cannot see your recent orders. Still waiting on refund. I’m excited to try your service! ### 3/5 — Wash was good but they missed the first appointment *2019-11-25, version 1.3.1* I paid for monthly service and had an interior cleaning scheduled for Saturday from 8 am to 12pm. I dropped my keys at the spotwash key drop in my building. Picked the keys up at 12:30pm and the car wasn’t touched. I was contacted later that day and refunded my money and provided a free exterior and interior wash. They did a Pretty good job with the wash the next day. ### 3/5 — Better than expected *2018-08-13, version 1.0.1* I had very low expectations but figured I would give a try because of the convenience. They did a great job on the inside of my car, much better than previous wash stations. For the outside of my car my windshield is still covered in bugs from my last road trip. That was the biggest thing for me since I literally stare at the spots my entire drive. They always clean really well and are quick to respond to any issues. To me, this service is great. I wished they have an option for a deep clean to get out harder stains. He came to our house, texted pictures and pointed out chips in car paint BEFORE starting to be sure I knew about them, and seriously CLEANED HOUSE on our SUV. I have two toddlers (ages 2 and 3), so my car was suuuuuper gross. Goldfish, sticky unknown junk, you name it.... I sure didn’t want to touch it, but he didn’t seem phased at all. Said it was nothing, that it was why he was here, and the interior was immaculate when he finished. For a busy working parent who had limited time in their day, this is a service and price you really can’t beat. Any other professional detailing service that comes to your home will cost waaaaay more. Plus I learned they apparently use ECO friendly products that may seriously be saving our world/water supply.
