이틀전에 영상 구매했는데 영상 처리 곧 된다는 안내화면만 떠있고 이틀째 처리안되네요. 채팅상담 문의도 남겨놨는데 문의도 이틀째 아무 답변이 없네요. 돈만 먹고 나르는 건가요? 아니라면 빠른 처리를 해주든 환불을 해주든 빠른 해결 부탁드립니다.

다른 영상이 중복 다운된다던가…
