## What is Spree?

Spree turns a walk into a story. Each story is set in a real place and split into chapters, and each part of the text unlocks when you reach the spot it talks about.

Along the way the story hands you things to look at: a map, a photo, a note or a short audio clip. They hold the clues for where to go next, and a compass points you to the next spot.

Stories come from organizers, such as a museum, a tour guide or an event. They share them with their participants as an invitation code, usually a QR code on a poster or a card. Scan the code or type it in, pick a display name, and start reading. You don't need an account or a login.

Some stories can be played together in a group, with everyone on their own phone.

Your data is deleted when you finish a story, and you can delete it yourself at any time.
