I was hoping for some more coaching around loosing weight. I set a weight goal when I started the app but every week I do the body scan the AI bot increases my calories and protein. I’ve lost 5 pounds in the first month but haven’t been able to drop weight in the past two months. I wanted to loose 15 to be at a “healthy weight”. When I asked the bot about my weight goal it said it was to make steady sustainable progress. I paid for a year but would not renew. Also the app is very glitchy. I have issues with almost every function and have to close and re open the app all the time to get it to work. **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback—we are sorry to hear of your frustration. It sends an OTP to your email as well, but the process just goes in a loop and the code is always rejected. I don’t know how any modern app developer could get a signup journey wrong in 2026. ### 2/5 — Results off by 9% *2026-01-07* Excellent idea but didn’t work for me. I’ve been running and working out for ~18 years but from an InBody days before using Spren my body fat was 28% (trending downward with lifestyle). Spren gave me 37% and said I did not qualify for athlete mode because athletes have body fat in the teens. I believe healthy body fat for women goes up to 24%.
