I’ve tried to delete it download it again create a new user name doesn’t matter the app doesn’t work ### 2/5 — Something went wrong *2022-04-09, version 1.8* I have used this scale and app for sometime with little to no issues. However I recently was logged out of my account and now cannot get back in. I am recovering a server error, which is really upsetting as I am in the middle of my 75 hard challenge and this scale/app has my weekly updates in it. Please find a way to fix this. ### 2/5 — Cool Idea *2021-08-02, version 1.8* The idea is great and the scale does what it says but the app needs work. First off there’s no units shown when looking through the data. Is it reading kg? Lbs? Percentage? Bananas? You’ll never know! It needs some work with the user interface and it’s overall look, kinda dated. Please fix this developers 🙏🏽🙏🏽 ### 2/5 — Easy setup but lackluster. *2021-05-07, version 1.8* It was easy to setup and get going but once in the App itself it’s very barebones and missing little things that should of been common sense. One being having multiple profiles someone weighed in on the wrong profile and now there’s no way to delete (why?). Also the accuracy of the scale sometimes is off 1-3 pounds (have a second one that’s more consistent/accurate but wanted the Bluetooth features). I can live with the 1-3 inaccuracy but inability to delete a weight makes me want to return and try another brand. ### 3/5 — Great app but needs explanations of data. *2021-04-10, version 1.6* Bernard, please add a section that explains what the numbers and percentages mean. You have to navigate to other web pages for reference and it would be great if this app was a one stop shop. ### 1/5 — “Invalid phone number error” *2021-03-30, version 1.6* The app works Ok; however I am not able to create my profile with my weight goal. It says “invalid phone number” and I am 100% certain my number is correct. Why something like that prevent you from creating a profile. This is a waste of time!!! ### 3/5 — Works *2021-03-22, version 1.5* I’m here to review the app and not the physical scale since that’s what the App Store is for. My scale works as well as another basic scale I had. This app works well and measures everything. I took off two stars for having an outsider user interface. No integration with apple health is also a bummer since this data only exist in the app. Should be an option for guest mode since people always want to try when seeing it. Way too tedious to make another user just to let people try. Overall it works well and deserves a solid 3/5 ### 2/5 — Spri app *2021-03-20, version 1.5* Not sure what to rate. This is super frustrating!! ### 2/5 — I get different weight measurements *2021-03-11, version 1.5* Setting up the scale to my Bluetooth was very easy but what’s super frustrating is I have to step on the scale 3 to 4 times to get an average. It can be a difference of +/~ 3 lbs. I’m trying to hang in there w this product but may have to return it if this continues. Also- it’d be great if the app explained more in detail the actual measurements. Tried to reinstall app, and it sends code of no network connection. Since I have connection, it must be coming from SPRI’s side. Very disappointed with this because I really liked the product. I will stick with a company I know I can trust next time - ### 1/5 — Needs an update! *2022-10-08, version 1.8* Worked great till I updated to iOS 16 and now it just reads 0.0. Maybe in that regard it’s the greatest weight loss scale ever 🤔. It asked me to verify via email or phone number so I tried both and never got a verification code (yes I checked spam, etc). There’s no way to contact support so I just couldn’t sign up. The scale works fine but the app is a joke and clearly the developers don’t care about fixing the bugs and issues people complain about based on the reviews. ### 1/5 — Inaccurate *2022-06-25, version 1.8* Says my bmi is 40, it’s actually 27, I don’t think it up dates from weight loss. Seems like it’s a server side error where all apps by this developer are unable to connect making this scale trash. What a shame. I was in a store and bought it and i just got home i did everything and I'm SO HAPPY! I can finally see all my health information. Currently writing this at 1am 😂 just because i felt like they needed to be heard. This scale looks great and looks super professional !!! One tiny downside is when it comes to really cool gadgets like these, you come to the question... "how accurate is it" that's the only thing i question. I am a female-21yo and been bodybuilding for 4 straight heavy and strict years. So yes, i do carry LOTS of muscle size. The scale said i was 97% muscle mass. I don't know if in the dumb one understanding the percentage wrong (probably am) but i just feel like that's a super high percentage. But tbh it could just been tripping since i do have lots of size on me. It just got me to wonder how these gadgets work and if they are on the dot accurate. We will never know but all i have to say is i would TOTALLY buy another one if i had to!!! It's amazing and well put together Message to the developers: you guys are doing great. Don't let those last two raging get to you. I believe this scale deserves its shine. 🤗💖 ### 5/5 — Works flawlessly *2021-03-10, version 1.5* Tried it the first time I used my scale and it’s very fast to give all details and store them on my phone for comparison later. The weight it displayed was almost exactly what my weight was when I went to the doctor. The BMI and other numbers from the app were somewhat different than the numbers I got at the weight loss clinic that I go to but I was ok with that because the doctors office has a professional scale and this is a home unit. ### 5/5 — Works! *2021-02-07, version 1.5* I read the 5 pg mini pamphlet that scale came with and have no issues or misunderstandings.
