## What is sprig?

Sprig is cycle tracking, made with care.

Chart your cycle one day at a time with a calm, clear companion for Creighton, natural family planning (NFP), and fertility awareness.

Log what you observe—mucus, bleeding, and other daily details—without turning your chart into a puzzle. See your year at a glance, understand where you are in your cycle, and return to the details when you need them.

Your chart stays on your device. Sprig is designed to keep your fertility data private, understandable, and in your hands.

Made for people who want a gentler way to chart:

• Simple daily observations
• Clear fertile and infertile context
• A full-year view of your chart
• Private notes and optional details
• On-device data, with export when you choose

Sprig is an informational charting tool, not medical advice.
