Ich habe mir diese beiden Bücher 2024 gekauft und heute die App heruntergeladen. Ca. 3 Sekunden nach Öffnen des Scanners stürzt die App jedes Mal ab, so dass die umfangreichen Zusatzmaterialien, welche man ebenfalls bezahlt hat, nicht genutzt werden können. Das ist sehr ärgerlich und grenzt an Betrug. Den einen Stern gibt es für die Bücher, die ich als sehr gut bewerte.

Ich habe ein Didaktik Chemie Buch gekauft. Dort wurde auf die Springer App mit weiteren Materialien verwiesen. Leider kann man gar nichts scannen. Außer kleine grüne Punkte, die sich bewegen, passiert NICHTS. Habe die App sofort wieder gelöscht. Völlig unbrauchbar!!!!
Leider muss ich einen Stern antippen, da sonst die Rezension nicht geschickt werden kann, realistischer sind NULLL Sterne!

Ich habe das Buch ,,Stimmtherapie für Erwachsene‘‘ gekauft und war sehr davon begeistert.

 Nun ja, leider funktioniert die Funktion nicht!! 

Schade, dass es auch nach diesen unzähligen Rezensionen nicht verbessert wird.

Das Buch Physik für Mediziner soll Videos zur Erklärung von diversen Themengebieten über diese App bereitstellen. Es werden weder Grafiken erkannt, noch lassen sich die links Einscannen und öffnen. Die App stürzt ab oder es passiert rein gar nichts. Die Grundidee ist hervorragend und dem Preis angemessen. Ich habe es auf zwei Geräten versucht. Nichts…warum schaffen es Hobby Programmierer und der Springer bekommt es einfach nicht hin. Im Netzt findet man unzählige Beschwerden unabhängigem welches Buch es sich handelt. Es wird damit geworben und weiterhin Geld verdient. Bitte behebt doch die Fehler.

Basiswissen Palliativmedizin gekauft ( sehr gutes Buch), aber die Filme werden in der App nicht erkannt und somit auch nicht angespielt.

Diese App und das Konzept dahinter ist leider absolut unbrauchbar und eine fürchterliche Zumutung. Das Öffnen der links ist eine reine Glückssache. Leider lassen sich falsch gescannte, links auch nicht manuell korrigieren. Anstalt bei einer Übersicht sämtlicher verfügbarer Medien einer gekauften Buches zu landen, muss man jedes Mal wieder von vorne anfangen, in der Hoffnung, dass es diesmal funktioniert. Wir mussten jeden link etwa 10-12 mal scannen, bis es vielleicht funktionierte. 

Bewertung des Konzeptes und der Umsetzung dieser App als Schulnote: ungenügend! 

Verzweifelte Rückmeldungen von Benutzern seit über zwei Jahren werden hier vollständig ignoriert.
