I have been again at 4 pm and the same 2 cars still on. As they are supposed to be for customers I do wonder why. We are staying at the travel lodge so . I also tried to become a vip so I could enter for the MG, I spent 45 minutes trying but it wouldn’t work, I spoke to 2 other people who said they had given up. What a lovely environment to shop and get a discount on high end clothing and goods. It’s a bit of a drive for me but just makes me smile even if I don’t want to buy anything it’s a nice day out. Lovely restaurants and coffee shops. Christmas has just kicked in and sparkly lights line the main walkways. Oh and not to forget very reasonable parking fees which again keeps people coming back regularly. I was told by someone from Springfields who was at the machine that it’s a common problem with iPhones. Have tried unloading app and then re starting it. Still not working 😦 please fix it ### 1/5 — Parking app *2024-09-07, version 8.0.3* Parking app not working and app not working for competition ### 1/5 — No shop has given the 10% off *2024-05-05, version 7.0.0* Absolutely pointless, every shop that had a sticker to say they are part of the VIP 10% off didn’t give it. ### 1/5 — Still same problems with app, but introduced new ones with update *2023-06-21, version 6.7.0* The new update from 5 days ago has occurred. I have found that it still logs you out for no good reason at random times. Still getting pestered about personalised messages about offer direct to phone when you decline that function. The parking feature now asks you to pay by card/ stored card on phone, and does not access any stored credit from previous loading onto app before update, and seems no way to get this money back. Not good. Stability for paying for parking also still dodgy on iPhone, and only sometime works. ### 1/5 — Worse app yet *2023-04-03, version 6.6.0* Worse app yet. Unable to get a signal at Springfield and when you eventually do get a signal it does not work. We have £6 credit that we are unable to use !! Sort it out ! ### 1/5 — Jumping through hoops *2023-02-13, version 6.5.0* What’s the point of this app apart from customer data collection? I gained nothing from downloading it, a complete waste of time and effort. I will now delete it ### 1/5 — Uselessly Slow *2022-11-17, version 6.5.0* The app is basically unusable. It’s so slow and juddery it locks up. Probably written to only work on the latest iPhone not a 2 year old phone. ### 1/5 — Rubbish *2022-10-22, version 6.4.0* Never any signal in the centre to be able to use the app properly. You load credit for parking but it constantly says error so you cannot use the credit to pay for your parking. ### 1/5 — Parking payment doesn’t work *2022-10-05, version 6.4.0* Thought I would save myself some time and use the app to pay for parking. Managed to load £6 onto it very easily. However, after finishing shopping I scanned my parking ticket and expected the app to take £2 payment. Tried many times and the app just said the server connection was too slow to function. Ended up paying another £2 at the machine to be able to leave the car park.
