The Springline mobile app is designed to connect Springline residents with the property’s many amenities, their specific home, and the neighboring community at large. Providing immediate access to features like rent payment, booking resident amenities such as the 24/7 fitness center, meditation room, private kitchen, BBQ pits, ‘room-service’ from Canteen (including advance pre-orders), keyless-entry throughout the property, reservation and payment for guest parking, video-enabled intercom for package and food deliveries, communication with Property Management staff, transparency of upcoming maintenance and cleaning schedules, work order management, monitoring of wellness attributes like indoor air-quality levels, and utility usage, as well as a myriad of ways to interact with neighbors on topics that excite you – from fitness, music, sustainability, and so much more -
