## What is SpringRate?

SpringRate converts between spring rate, wheel rate and ride frequency so you can dial in a suspension setup with real numbers.

Enter spring rate, motion ratio, spring angle and sprung mass to get wheel rate and ride frequency — or solve it backwards from a target frequency to the spring rate you need. Compare front and rear to set your ride-frequency spread.
