Springturn is a high-performance training and assessment platform designed for elite sports teams, performance staff, and professional athletes.

The app connects to the Springturn device to deliver real-time insight into strength, control, and movement stability during low-force, unstable movement tasks. Built for high-performance environments, Springturn surfaces asymmetries, readiness signals, and control limitations that are often missed by traditional strength-focused tools — particularly in situations where coordination and control are most challenged, a critical and often missing link in sports performance.

Whether used pre-training to prime the neuromuscular system, or post-training to challenge control under fatigue, Springturn provides objective performance data that can be tracked across the season — supporting longitudinal monitoring and informed athlete management decisions at both the individual and team level.
