Make it easier and I bet you’ll get more business. I can’t be the only one frustrated with this app on many levels. One really annoying thing is the fact that the login is through a 3rd party, so when I search my Passwords for sprinkles.com or just sprinkles, nothing shows up. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve changed the password because I ran into a login issue and the only resolution was to reset the password. This app needs to be much more user friendly, like so many other bakery apps out there (Panera, La Madeleine, Starbucks, etc. all have great working apps!). They’d be better off if they had menu icons at the bottom. The top right menu icon changes depending on the page which is inconsistent. -Button and element spacing is strange. Not the best mobile design. Ex: next button text when checking out is so close to the bottom so it is hard to press without hitting apple’s nav bar at the bottom of the page.
