This is a useful app. Especially since most bikes at my gym have a horrible interface. 

It would be much better with a 90 second lead up to the first sprint. So my phone can be stowed. Also, the circle on the screen doesn't relate to a block face. My generation likes a circle being 60 seconds. It's sometimes representing 30 seconds, sometimes 90 seconds. Also, the color scheme is very much the basic crayon box. A bit simple and garish. 

All easy to fix. Thanks for a useful app!

But suddenly it crashes every time I hit Start. I threw it out and reinstalled. Doesn't work.

Sprint 8s are a great way to take your fitness to 11, and you can apply it to any activity - running, cycling, rowing, hotel room burpees, etc etc etc.   This timer has everything you need and nothing you don’t, and it’s free! ( For the next version if possible I would suggest make the background change from say, a green hue when sprinting to yellow when resting, or something like that). Thank you for this useful app!

This app does exactly what I needed. It counts 30 seconds on a countdown timer for the first sprint. and then it counts down your 9 second rest. If you turn the sound on a voice tell tells you when to start both. It’s no frills, which is the way I prefer it. Thanks for a great app.

A great no-nonsense app that helps me do the Sprint 8 exercise on a stationary bike, on a treadmill or running outside.  It has sound cue to warn and prepare you for the next upcoming sprint.  Very useful.
