## What is Sprint Lock?

Most focus apps rely on your discipline to stay on task. Sprint removes the option to leave. Choose the apps you want available, start a session, and everything else locks until the timer ends.

No escape hatch. No early exit. Just the work.

How it works:

• Choose your allowlist
• Pick a session length
• Start the session
• Everything else is locked until it ends

Sprint Pro:

• Unlimited sessions
• 60 and 90 minute blocks
• Scheduled sprints

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
