Awesome app for sprinters, jumpers and athletes in general. Periodization is effective and well prepared. My workouts are very structured and purposeful while meaningful progression. The CNS tap test helps me gauge fatigue so I can train smarter and recover better. Overall, a great tool.

CNS tap test is a game changer I’ve used a lot of workout apps, but Mode feels way more built for athletic performance. The CNS tap test gives me a quick way to check readiness before I train, and I like that the app adjusts around soreness, recovery, and how my body actually feels instead of forcing the same workout every day. The UI is super clean too. Great app for building speed, power, and explosiveness.

I tried apps like volt and ladder, but wanted something that focused on athletic performance. My goal was to jump higher and sprint faster, and mode has been exactly what I’ve been looking for.

The periodization is done really well. It breaks training into phases that focus on strength power speed and recovery instead of doing everything at once. I also love that it syncs with my oura ring and apple health, and adjust workouts if im showing signs of cns fatigue on the tap test. Feels like having a real performance coach
