## What is Sprint?

Sprint is a timer and training log for sprinters. Pick a distance or one of your plans, run, and see every split, your speed and your heart rate, sprint by sprint, on the track or in the street.

On Apple Watch, a countdown on your wrist starts each sprint. The Watch times it and estimates the distance and speed. In each rest it shows your heart rate coming down, so you know when you have recovered; tap I'm ready for the next one. Your iPhone follows the session live.

Every session is saved to Apple Health as a workout. Your history keeps each split, your heart-rate zones, your recovery between sprints and the route on a map, with your personal best at each distance. Home scores your readiness each morning from your sleep, HRV and resting heart rate in Health, and shows the wind where you are from Apple Weather. Make plans, schedule them and get a reminder. Your sessions and plans sync to your iPad through iCloud.

Recording a session needs an Apple Watch paired with your iPhone.
