## What is SprintBase?

SprintBase is the app built for athletes who are serious about getting faster.
Whether you're a high school sprinter, a weekend competitor, or an athlete of any other sport - SprintBase gives you professional-level feedback with convenience - and without the professional-level price tag.
HOW IT WORKS
Film yourself sprinting from a side-view angle. SprintBase analyses your video frame-by-frame, grading your acceleration mechanics, top-speed posture, stride rate, ground contact, and more. You get a score, a breakdown of your strengths and weaknesses, and exact coaching cues to fix what's holding you back.
Then take it further with the AI Sprint Coach - ask follow-up questions, get a personalised training plan, and dig into the details of every metric.
- WHAT YOU GET -
• Sprint Video Analysis - Upload a clip and get a full biomechanical breakdown in seconds. Scored across acceleration and top-speed phases.
• AI Sprint Coach - Chat with a Gemini-powered coach that knows your analysis results. Ask anything: technique, training plans, warm-up routines, race prep.
• Athlete Hub - Your central home for progress, stats, achievements, and everything SprintBase in one place.
• Athlete Profile - Set your height, weight, and position so every analysis and coaching response is tailored to you.
• Achievements - Hit milestones and earn badges as you train and improve.
• Reaction Time Leaderboard - Compete against other athletes and see where you rank.
• Daily Tip - A fresh coaching tip every day to keep your training sharp.
• Dark Mode and Bubblegum Mode - Looks great in any lighting condition, including outdoors.
• Track Progress - Track your progress and watch sprint times drop across all your events.
• Reaction Time Trainer and other Tools - Several tools made for sprinters. Your all-in-one sprinting app!
SprintBase offers a free tier with 1 sprint analysis per day. Upgrade to Premium for unlimited AI coaching and 10 analyses per day. 7-day free trial available.
- BUILT FOR REAL ATHLETES -
SprintBase was built for coaches and athletes who know that small technical improvements compound into big results. The AI is trained to give you the same cues a track coach would without the vague advice.

### 2/5 — Ai analysis only one time!?

*2026-07-30*

How is one supposed to get faster of just one ai analysis. The very first time i tried this app the analysis failed and i just wasted time i could have been resting. As a professional athlete i think the ai analysis should be at least 10 free tries a day, that’s how much on usual practice would last. everything else about the app is okay, it would be nice if the reaction time tester would have sound like the gun shot that goes off in the start of a race.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback! The free version does include 1 free analysis daily, while Premium allows up to 10 analyses per day. We’re sorry your first analysis failed, that definitely isn’t the experience we want anyone to have. We’ve been improving reliability to prevent issues like that.

We also appreciate the suggestion regarding the reaction time feature. A starting gun sound is already planned and will be added in an upcoming update. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts!

### 1/5 — premium sucks

*2026-07-07*

I’m just a nine-year-old I’m using this app so I could try to get faster because I’m gonna have a wish against my friend and this app just won’t let me get faster because of it analysis you’ll just try to make it premium, but it actually ruined it. OK what I try to do is I tried to get a magic acceleration. All these people are insane giving you love, but they don’t talk about the money. I don’t have a bank account in OK so why do you make nine year olds have to do pay money if they want to get faster.

**Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback! SprintBase gives every user 1 free sprint analysis per day. Premium is completely optional and helps support the continued development of the app while offering unlimited analyses and additional features. Even with the free daily analysis, you can identify your strengths and weaknesses and receive personalized tips to improve. We do our best to keep as much of the app free as possible, and we’re constantly working on new features and improvements. We hope you’ll continue using SprintBase!
