I installed the app because I’m just one of those people that wants to know how EVERYTHING works. I’m also apparently one of only a few agents that prefers scheduled appointments and mobile check in. I’m also a truckers daughter and understand that the drivers want to get in and out ASAP. 

Appointments and mobile check in allow me to get that done faster because I can check customs clearance, payments, availability and have almost everything ready before the driver arrives. A lot of days our scheduled appointments are taken. So this app is great since it still lets me get things ready ahead of time. I just wish more drivers would use it. I can’t do anything without the AWB #’s so I hope more drivers start using this app.

Created account online and I’m not able to log in on the app. Keeps saying invalid user.

It would be nice to be able to have an option to cancel a pick up or delivery ourselves. I checked in in one airline at 9am and it was stuck in the same screen for days. Sometimes the airline won’t refresh their system for hours or days.

**Developer response:** Good afternoon, I am sorry you had trouble cancelling your pickup/ delivery. It is possible for you to cancel a pickup/delivery after you have checked in via the phone app. On the top of the screen within the app, you will find a button titled "Cancel" with a small trash can icon. That will allow you to cancel your pickup/delivery. If you have any other issues, please reach out to us at mikeo@cargosprint.com for further help.
