If you correct something — "actually it's Marco in Apt 3" — Sprocket updates it. Simple notes, stored privately on your phone. REMINDERS More natural lead times. Phrases like "30 before", "an hour before", and "half an hour before" now work when setting notification times. The app no longer loops asking "How long before?" when you give a clear answer. Move reminders earlier or later. When a reminder is selected, you can now say "move it an hour earlier" or "30 minutes later" and Sprocket adjusts it. Say "move that reminder earlier" without a specific time and Sprocket asks how much, then applies it. Combined messages handled correctly. "Remind me to take my tablets at 8pm... also how do I make text bigger?" — Sprocket now sets the reminder and answers the second question. Both are handled in the same message. Contradictory date words flagged. Saying something like "remind me tomorrow yesterday at 5" now prompts: "Just to check — did you mean tomorrow or today?" rather than silently picking one. Reminders now appear on Home reliably. After setting a reminder in a conversation, it appears correctly on the Home screen. Home now shows up to three upcoming reminders. MEMORY Memory conflict detection. When you save something that may update an existing note — for example, "remember my doctor is called Smith" when Sprocket already has "Patel" — Sprocket now asks what you'd like to do. Two clear options appear: "Update it" or "Keep both". Memory deletion by voice. Saying "remove any memories about my doctor" now actually deletes those records — from your phone and from the cloud. Previously this was acknowledged in words but not carried out. Wi-Fi password corrections. If you saved a Wi-Fi password and then say "actually it's [new password]", Sprocket updates the existing record rather than creating a duplicate. Memory saves mid-conversation. If you save a memory while Sprocket is waiting for something else — like the time for a reminder — it now handles the save and returns to the original question cleanly. No false confirmations. Sprocket no longer says "I've saved that in memory" when it was actually asking a clarification question. The confirmation only appears when a save actually happened. CONVERSATION FLOW Context preserved across complex messages. Mixed requests — setting a reminder while also correcting a saved name — are handled more reliably without losing either thread. Sensitive-memory notices no longer interrupt conversations. Sprocket previously produced unsolicited warnings about saved data mid-conversation (for example, during an Italian translation). This no longer happens. Memory and privacy notices are only surfaced when you are directly managing your saved memories. COMPLAINTS AND FEEDBACK New option for app-related complaints. If you make a complaint that is clearly about Sprocket itself — not your phone or a retailer — Sprocket now offers a third route: contact the developer directly at help@arcturusdc.com. You will be guided to describe what happened, what you expected, and any errors you saw. Frustrated language handled calmly. Strong language or frustration directed at Sprocket is met without lectures, moralising, or shutdowns. Sprocket acknowledges the frustration briefly and asks how it can help.
