## What is Sprout?

Most plant apps just remind you to water on a fixed schedule — and then leave you guessing when something actually goes wrong. Sprout is different.

Adaptive watering that learns from you

Sprout doesn't just follow a generic schedule. It watches whether you water early or late, factors in a quick soil check, and nudges your schedule to match how your plant is really doing — not a guess based on its species alone.

Plant diagnosis, right when you need it

Something look off? Snap a photo and answer a few quick questions. Sprout suggests the most likely causes and concrete things to try — guidance to support your own judgment, not just another reminder.

Local weather, factored in

Outdoor plants get watering suggestions adjusted for your actual local weather — not just the season.

No paywalls on the basics

Editing, backdating waterings, fertilizer tracking, adaptive schedules, weather adjustments, reminders — all free, always. We only charge for the two things that actually cost us to run: plant diagnosis and unlimited plants.

Everything else you'd expect
• Track unlimited plants (free up to 5)
• Watering + fertilizer history
• Local push reminders
• Works offline — your data lives on your device
• Optional account for cross-device backup

Sprout Pro unlocks plant diagnosis and unlimited plants for $1.99/month or $17.99/year, with a 7-day free trial. Your first diagnosis is free — no subscription needed.
