I like the concept and interface. My biggest gripe is that the MAJORITY of the jobs I am seeing are completely unrelated to my job search. If I am searching for “Learning and Development Manager” why am I seeing a plethora or business development and sales development roles. It’s like their AI sees “development” and thinks “yes! This matches perfectly” …no. I spend a significant amount of time reporting jobs as not meeting the search criteria.
