## What is Sprout?

*What if you could have a conversation with your younger self?*

Meet the younger you, revisit forgotten memories, and discover a more personal way to journal.

Sprout Daily turns self-reflection into an ongoing conversation with a younger version of yourself. Choose a chapter of your life — childhood, teenage years, or young adulthood — and create your own Little You.

Every day, Little You writes you a personalised letter, inviting you to reflect on your memories, feelings, experiences, and how far you've come.

No blank pages. No pressure to find the right words. Just a little moment to reconnect with yourself.

### A NEW WAY TO JOURNAL

Instead of staring at a blank page, begin with a letter from your younger self. Write back, share your thoughts, attach photos, and build a meaningful collection of reflections over time.
