## What is Sprout?

Sprout shows a young child how much time is left, without asking them to read a clock.

Pick a routine. A playful world shows time passing. When the timer finishes, a gentle ending unfolds, a sound plays, and a star is earned.

WHY A VISUAL TIMER

Young children can understand a shape getting smaller before they can read a clock. Sprout turns an abstract wait into something they can watch.

SEVEN WORLDS

Each world gives time a different visual story:

- Garden: a ring empties, and a seed grows into a sprout.
- Ocean: the water level falls, and a clam opens on a pearl.
- Rocket: a ship crosses the sky and lands on a planet.
- Reef: a jellyfish drifts down, and the coral lights up as it arrives.
- Rainbow Loom: colorful threads weave into a finished creation.
- Moon Bakery: a little bakery brings a warm routine to life.
- Cloud Harbor: a cloud-whale airship gathers a breeze and takes off.

Garden is included. Ocean, Rocket, Reef, Rainbow Loom, Moon Bakery, and Cloud Harbor are part of the one-time unlock. Parents can try each world's animated preview before buying.

MADE FOR FAMILY ROUTINES

- Six ready-to-use routines: brush teeth, clean up, bath time, wind-down, screen time, and playdate.
- Create up to two custom routines for free, with more included in the unlock.
- Choose whether the timer shows its numeric countdown.
- Pick from six gentle ending sounds. The free custom-routine editor includes three, and the unlock makes all six available there.
- Add one of your own photos to a custom timer with the unlock.
- Hold to stop, so an accidental tap cannot end a running timer.
- See time remaining in Home Screen, Lock Screen, and StandBy widgets.
- Earn simple stars with nothing to spend, buy, or lose.

PRIVACY AND PURCHASES

No account. No sign-in. No ads. No analytics. No tracking. Routine data and selected photos stay in the app's local storage. Purchases and restores use Apple's StoreKit.

There is no subscription. The optional unlock is one purchase with Family Sharing included.

ACCESSIBILITY

VoiceOver labels describe the timer status and controls. Text uses Dynamic Type, with a parent setting for the kid-facing timer screens. Reduce Motion removes or freezes decorative movement. Automated contrast checks cover the foreground and background text roles used by each world.
