But since the pandemic their prices have gotten out of control. I can’t afford to shop at Sprouts anymore. Every item in thae store is 25% - 35% too high. I primarily shop at Aldi and Trader Joe’s now. Instead of being a farmers market, Sprouts is looking more like a Whole Foods. And I can’t afford to shop there either. ### 2/5 — no organic chicken for days *2026-08-21, version 21.28.1* what happened to the organic chicken? the shelf life date is never longer than 1 day & that meat looks greyish yellow rotten! are you guys feeding off the genocide lobbyism or what? the customer are the characters in your video games, theyre real people & theres legal consequences fo trying to shorten their longevity! its called aggravated assault‼️ ### 1/5 — No way to toggle marketing notifications only *2026-08-12, version 21.28.0* There’s no way in the app to toggle off just marketing notifications, but leave them on for things like pickup. This is a feature even the scummiest of apps have, so it’s quite disappointing to not see it here. ### 2/5 — Glitched *2026-07-30, version 21.26.2* The app is great for browsing and shopping online however today when I tried placing a curbside order it glitched and somehow the store fulfillment system did not receive my order even after cancelling it once and replacing the order. I haven’t had issues placing orders on the website or DoorDash so far. I will not be using the app again unfortunately after this experience. ### 2/5 — Overpriced *2026-07-25, version 21.24.0* Bad rewards system overprices items ### 4/5 — Only one issue for me… *2026-07-24, version 21.24.0* The app is easy to use. I like that if you search specific items it’ll actually find it. I wish within the app it would notify you that your points are about expire. I lost a $6 reward cause I didn’t know some of my points were expiring. Didn’t know points expired in the first place. ### 1/5 — App Glitchy For YEARS *2026-07-07, version 21.22.0* This app has not allowed me to sign in for years. I type in my user name and password and it immediately kicks me back to the main screen. I don’t understand how a company so large can have an app that is useless and hardly works (as so many reviews reflect) and they do absolutely NOTHING about it . ### 2/5 — Too many annoying popups *2026-07-05, version 21.22.0* You try to bring up your barcode, and then apply it to the scanner, and a pop up appears, blocking the bar code. HOW ANNOYING!!! Poor design ### 1/5 — Difficult to use *2026-06-29, version 21.22.0* I downloaded the app, signed in and then it asked for my location so I put my zipcode. It doesn’t show show the Sprouts location that’s near me, it kept giving me the location that’s more than 10 miles away, even when I typed my address. And then, it wouldn’t allow me to add a shopping list/shop unless I choose a location. I am not going to a store that’s more than 10 miles away if there’s one that’s just miles from me. So I deleted the app, what good is an app if I can’t even see their store flyer? ### 2/5 — Nope. 👎 *2026-06-15, version 21.20.0* After several years of not using the app—and deciding to re-download it—NOTHING has changed: the bugginess still hasn’t been fixed, and there is still no iPad compatibility… so I don’t use this app, and just use the website.
