My sensors are all dead at this point and last year when I spoke with support they said the sensors were being redesigned due to all of the failures. I don’t see them available on their website and all Spruce products have been pulled from Amazon, so at this point I’m wondering if they have shut down. ### 5/5 — Still going strong! *2021-05-29* I’ve had Spruce controller and moisture sensors for a few years now. Excellent implementation!!! ### 1/5 — Buyer beware *2020-03-25* Constantly having login issues. Sensor have a very short range and report 50% moisture all the time rendering them useless. Customer service tries and event sent me new sensors but with the same issue. ### 4/5 — Can’t login after version 1.2.2 update *2018-08-03* I installed the update and now it just says loading forever, never logs in. Update: App works great now after the server issues and so does this sprinkler system. I would recommend it to to anyone wishing for a smart sprinkler system. ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2018-07-21* This system performed poorly and my yard suffered. In addition, it only lasted two years and then had complete malfunction. Customer service was not very responsive to my emails asking for help.
