I can transfer money, deposit checks, and track spending without issues. Love P2P feature. The notifications are fast, and the app feels secure. I got the ones that were a couple of dollars back within a day of contacting Spruce, but it took over two months and several calls to get my money back for the higher amount. Very dissatisfied with the service if it had been any other bank, I would’ve gotten my money back right away. They violated their own terms and conditions but what can you do as a customer? It’s more trouble then it’s worth I hate this app once every is fixed I’m deleting it permanently. They are heading straight into lawsuit territory…not from me though I’m broke now thanks spruce. They are terrible customer support in India. Rude and laughed at me when they say they will hold my deposit for 2 weeks, illegal. Reporting to all agencies…they are not authorized to hold funds. Two weeks I haven’t received. They are awful! They’re also rude. It will overdraft you then charge a fee. It has people fluffing it so you’ll join.
