It also glitches when trying to scan at the restaurant. I’ve deleted and downloaded it multiple times, despite the “updates” the issue continues. ### 2/5 — Faulty app *2025-11-08, version 8.4.1* App doesn’t work, keeps saying the server is down. I am able to log in on the tablet in store but despite deleting and reinstalling the app on my iPhone, it’s still domes the same thing. Waited a week and then managed to log in - tried to scan the bill and got a “downstream API error” come on guys ### 4/5 — Excellent Service Spur Soaring Eagle *2025-06-23, version 8.3.0* As usual Cheeseboy makes our dining experience exceptional, with her friendly hospitality I always opt to have my meals at Spur Soaring Eagle daily. The efficiency of taking our order and recommendations of the specials is quite good. Her product knowledge is beyond my expectations. Regardless of whether it’s breakfast, lunch or supper, if Cheeseboy is on duty I always opt to eat at Spur. Her service and work ethic is worth every dime spent. I must say it was an experience to remember. From the moment we walked in, the ambience was welcoming and vibrant , setting the perfect tone for a memorable customer experience. The food was nothing short of outstanding , cooked to perfection , juicy , tender and incredibly satisfying. Portions generous and you could tell a lot of care had gone into preparation and presentation. Staff were all friendly , highly visible , attentive and genuinely cared about our dining experience . We will be going back and telling as many people as possible about our Gem of a Spur . It just keeps spinning and never moves on to the next stage. I’ve tried refreshing and even restarting the app, but nothing seems to help. This really takes away from the convenience of ordering through the app, especially when you’re looking forward to a meal. I was served by Nondumiso under the leadership/Management of Brian. From entrance, first greet to the table and engaging with my kids 👌🏽 and family, all was outstanding. There is a great vibe, the dancing 🕺 singing. The place is full of energy and truly reflects a family restaurant. Minnetonka Spur is definitely worth the visit. I called in 3 times and they told me to contact customer care myself.. I am still waiting to be refunded ### 1/5 — App not opening *2024-11-18, version 8.2.2* The app decided to glitch on the day we wanted to claim my son’s birthday voucher. It did not open and there’s no back up of opening the profile on web. Should be able to claim vouchers using contact number without necessarily opening the app in cases the app glitches ### 1/5 — Login issues *2024-03-12, version 8.0.3* The app constantly needs me to sign in again. When I do it says that there is no account registered on my cell phone nummber. When I create a new account it says an account already exists. Then I do a password reset. This only works for a few months until I need to login again and the whole process starts over. It has has had login issues before on multiple failed iterations, making it impossible to log in and after a LONG battle, that was eventually fixed and it worked for a while, but now. AGAIN, NOTHING!!! No purpose, no value and actually does damage to the Spur brand. WHEN will this be PROPERLY and PERMANENTLY FIXED??? ### 1/5 — Can’t log in! *2023-03-12, version 7.0.3* Met with the login page each time I open the app. I enter the correct mobile nr & password only to be redirected back the login page. When I enter another password it clearly says incorrect password. When I try to re-register I’m told I’m already registered & need to log in. Why can’t I access my profile without all these issues? FIX IT! ### 1/5 — Barely works *2023-02-28, version 7.0.3* Really frustrating app, the old one worked better. Doesn't keep me logged in and whenever I try to login with my credentials, it says I'm not registered I need to sign up, go to sign up and it says I'm already registered. It's a constant back and forth until it decides to work. Then they rolled out a massive update which has caused all sorts of issues, from not being able to redeem vouchers in store—leading to some very awkward situations when trying to settle the bill—to just not being able to log in. What was a very easy system is now horribly cumbersome, if it works at all. ### 1/5 — Unable to retrieve code to sign up *2023-01-26, version 7.0.2* We have tried both mobiles as here in South Africa for 2 months, so on both UK mobiles, it says it’s sent the code, not received on either phone, Same problem last week. Have to re-register on the family club - when it’s done it doesn’t reflect any of our family club’s history or the kids details. When trying to enter the card number to add it it’s not capturing the information. You removed the logins on the browser so the only way to login is on the app - but there’s no member details on the app and can’t capture it.
