После оплаты доступна карта с координатами встречи. В моем случае координаты были ошибочны. Из-за этого не попал на экскурсию. Деньги не вернули.

Пользуемся сервисом спутник 8 по экскурсиям уже не в первом отпуске. Очень нравится оперативность и четкость, что согласуем нюансы с оператором и моментально приходят билеты на ватсап. Последнюю экскурсию мы бронировали из Мармариса в Дальян. Нас точно в срок забрал трансфер на комфортном белоснежном корабле мы отправились на экскурсию из центра Мармариса. Все прекрасно. Получили большое удовольствием от проведенного времени. Спасибо!

### 2/5 — Поддержку нет в нормальных мессенджерах.

У меня произошла проблема с оплатой экскурсии в Казахстане, а поддержки в нормальных мессенджерах нет, чтобы решить проблему с оплатой. Поддержка есть только в вк и Максе, которые удалены из App Store и которые в Казахстане не актуальны.

Удобно бронировать, организаторы сразу связываются и договариваться о том, где забрать. Присылаю все подробности экскурсии отвечают на вопросы. А оплачивать можно по факту в день экскурсию.

Ужасная организация 
Проездном по пробкам часа 3 привезли не на назначенное место не скинули билеты в Эрмитаж вовремя простояли в ожидании билетов минут 40

В последнее время ооочень слишком много навязчивых уведомлений!!! Нет настройки чтоб их отключить. Если вырубить в самом телефоне, то можно пропустить действительно важное от организатора. Появляется желание перестать использовать данное приложение

При нажатие на кнопку проверить даты,ничего не происходит. На экране просто появляется название экскурсии и она не активная. Раньше всё было ок. Приложение пробовала удалять и закачивать заново,ничего не изменилось(((

Первый раз в жизни попробовал данное приложение для поездки, купила билет за неделю, но на автобус сажали людей которые на месте покупали а от нас отмахивались , поддержка перенаправила к 3 лицам, сказали мы ничего не знаем свяжитесь с кем то другим
