Very difficult with the app also lack of support communication service

I recently got a car loan and I tell you this app drives me bonkers. I have to move money from my own bank to this bank then to the loan account just to pay for my car loan. I went through a different agency prior to this one and it was way easier. Go in the app and just pay the loan. Not to mention the face recognition doesn’t always work. When it does work you still have to answer two questions to get in the app. Frustrated already two months in. Another thing, it takes awhile once you deposit money into this bank account then wait to pay your car note. Especially if your moving money on a Friday when most folks get paid.

App is just like the website version, please need to work on Face ID and skip all the security questions because it’s very uncomfortable, overall it’s an ok app, needs work on user experience
