I have redownloaded it a few times and there isn’t an option to repot anything on the app. **Developer response:** Sorry for the trouble you experienced with the app! The issue with paying for pickup orders has been resolved, so it should be working now. If you’re still having any trouble, please reach out to our support line, and we’ll be happy to assist you further. ### 1/5 — Terrible service *2024-06-11, version 1.72* Have no respect for there customers at all. Delivered cold soggy food and said it was not there problem when I'm pretty sure they are suppose to deliver proper edible food I would assume it got cold and soggy on the drive over to my house. Would not recommend to use them at all ### 1/5 — App very very buggy *2024-04-23, version 1.72* Every time I try to use the app, it crashes in some way. ### 1/5 — Can’t use anymore *2024-04-13, version 1.72* App doesn’t work anymore I deleted and redownloaded it multiple times and it still won’t let me log. At first I was able to change my password and I saved it to my passwords on my phone but now it says the password is wrong. I did this process of deleting & downloading a few times same with the password change, at this point it is getting so annoying and frustrating.. Also now I can’t even reset my password anymore as it just doesn’t send the link to my email, no it didn’t end up in spam or anywhere else so… Oh and the website is no better as the “place order” button doesn’t work either and not just on my phone Terrible app, the old one worked the new version seems like a scammer made it to steal passwords and pay info😂 ### 1/5 — doesn’t even work *2024-04-11, version 1.72* me and a few friends have all tried to sign in on separate devices and accounts and none of them worked. ever since the new update i haven’t been able to make an order in months. app has become useless ### 1/5 — Can’t use the app on iPhone 15 *2023-12-23, version 1.6* I can’t place an order on my iPhone.. there’s a button at the bottom of the screen that is too far down to press under place your order when the app is 1st downloaded ### 1/5 — New app needs serious update *2023-11-04, version 1.05* The new app won’t load half the time. It’ll take my money and won’t tell me if my order is even coming or not. ### 1/5 — Help *2023-10-29, version 1.05* Ever since i got the updated app i get no notifications of my order, am not able to get my receipt even though i have given my email multiple times.. when i pick options given on certain restaurants I receive a call from the restaurant asking about my order as the selected item doesnt show up on the order. This had never happened with the previous app, with there only being one review it almost seems fake. ### 1/5 — Robbed *2023-10-18, version 1.05* On October 8 I was making an order for delivery after I placed my order I saw I sent it to the wrong address so right away I canceled it but it still took my payment. Now before I re made my order I was going to wait for the refund thinking it was going to be done very quickly. It is now October 18 and I still haven’t gotten my refund and I even emailed them about the situation and they haven’t replied and it’s been a week. I just want my McDonald’s. ### 1/5 — Ridiculous Fees *2025-11-29, version 2.63* Absurd amounts for “service fees” and “delivery fees” that make my order double the already inflated cost of the food (they markup the real cost if you were to go to the restaurant). Completely taking the money at every turn they can, no interest in their customers. Theres no universe where they need 13% of every order to run the service. ### 1/5 — Adding to Cart *2025-08-18, version 2.63* It’s best to use the website. This app doesn’t really work no more. ### 1/5 — Updated and now crashes *2025-08-02* This app worked fine until the latest update and now it crashes whenever putting something in your cart, making it so you can’t order. ### 1/5 — APP SUCKS!! *2025-02-25, version 2.22* They locked my account a few months ago. The drivers boss said my payment didn’t go through when it actually did so they came back and my mom ended up paying when i already had. [Edit] You guys tell me to contact your support team when i’ve already tried.. Also never got refunded for the second payment. Would not suggest using spyce. Would not suggest using spyce. ### 1/5 — Buggy sometimes unusable *2024-10-27, version 2.12* I’ve never used such a buggy app in my life. I’ve tried ordering food from the app 5 times 3 of which just did not work I’ve tried it on my girlfriend’s phone thinking maybe it’s my phone and I’m still having the same issues. The app has lost out on a least a few 100$ in orders from me so they might want to fix the problems they are having. ### 1/5 — Location error *2024-10-26, version 2.12* I have sent emails about my location on the map being incorrect you can no longer adjust the pin to the proper place the pin on the map drops 5 houses down in the middle of a street and most of the delivery drivers don’t read the notes I put telling them how to get to my place then they turn down the wrong road and get upset they can’t my place. ### 1/5 — Locked Account *2024-10-10* They locked my account a few months ago. For all food items 9/10 and Egg Roll 8/10. My only feedback is not being able to save my preferred payment method.
