Update to the new app!! Wish someone had told me this years ago! If you only can see half the screen or any other issues - download the new app (BitVision) and it will work just fine. Not sure why the producers or owners aren’t telling everyone about the new app, I had this issue for quite some time and a security system installer told me about the new app. Well, you’re welcome !! ### 1/5 — Not a great system *2023-02-06, version 20.3.6* System lags and is hard to navigate when it did work.
