System lags and is hard to navigate when it did work. Now I can’t access on any of my computers and the app only shows half the screen.

After updating to iOS 16 I am no longer able to view my cameras. App has never been very user friendly but with iOS 16 it is useless.

Had camera system installed and this app ruins it for us. We have strong signal too. It is somewhat intuitive but takes a lot of tinkering. I much prefer the Ring or Arlo interface or even ADP.   This app needs an overhaul IMO

I’m only giving this a 5 star so maybe everyone will read this!! Update to the new app!! Wish someone had told me this years ago! If you only can see half the screen or any other issues - download the new app (BitVision) and it will work just fine. 
Not sure why the producers or owners aren’t telling everyone about the new app, I had this issue for quite some time and a security system installer told me about the new app. Well, you’re welcome !!
