Now they take hours to process some have even taken up to the entire day to process. So many issues with the AI not processing internal photos as well anymore. It’s just a cluster. It’s like they fixed it only to break it. Somehow they improved backwards. Seriously though the new desktop interface is such a hassle to use now trying to scroll through everything. I honestly despise it. ### 1/5 — The app is so buggy and just crashes on itself *2026-03-28* I’ve been using the app for work and it always has a problem, and today there’s an update for bug fixes but once I updated it, the app just crashes on itself now. If I’m shooting 10 cars a day any time savings from the AI is spent dealing with this needy app. Also the “AI” is terrible at getting angles correct. All it does it remove the background and put a new one in. You have to pay “extra” for anything else. ### 1/5 — Useless *2024-12-03, version 19.3.12* Useless app. Can’t even use it, it wants to send you a log in code but won’t even let you enter it! Pointless…. ### 2/5 — Update ruined the zoom *2026-05-29* Every time you snap a photo you it resets the zoom in or out you had before. Which is annoying when you have to do quick re-shoots. ### 2/5 — That’s enough *2025-02-28* I’ve rated this app more than once and it keeps asking me to do it. I’m getting tired of having to close that message out every time I take a 360. Had to stop taking pictures because the app was somehow saving the pics and not letting me clean them out. I will give them that. Some of the new front and back angles I don’t really like too much. But you can turn that off and put on grid view if you don’t like it. It just drains battery and can overheat your phone if you’re not careful. I’ve got an iPhone 16 Pro Max. The Spyne app gives you studio-setting car images with only your phone.
