Logged out and back in. Same issue. ### 1/5 — Mitraillage systématique *2026-08-16* Bonjour , En Juillet du fait d’une intervention à distance la caméras n’est mise à mitrailler au rythme de 2 photos par minute de jour comme de nuit . Avec la conséquence suivante : activation du flash la nuit qui a épuisé la batterie en une seule nuit = zéro énergie et zéro recharge photovoltaïque. Une vraie catastrophe qui laisse à penser que les développeurs et la maintenance n’est vraiment pas compétente ? Une certaine insolence est ressentie quand on explique les problèmes. Puis un vide total pendant presque un Mois ! **Developer response:** Bonjour, merci de nous avoir signalé ce problème. Nous aimerions examiner de plus près les réglages de votre appareil photo et les modifier à distance afin de réduire le nombre excessif de photos prises, l'utilisation du flash et la consommation de la batterie. Seriously this layout is better??? Definitely worse than before. Why would anyone want more clicks to get to status? The rows of cameras are so large you can only see 2 at a time. The old slim rows were so much better. Please add the option to go back!!! ### 4/5 — App is Good *2026-08-13, version 5.17.0* I have used SPYPOINT for a few years now, and have 18 cameras out, four cameras 12 hours away, and 14 cameras 2200 miles away. The recent upgrade to the app is very nice. The cameras can be hit or miss sometimes, and as such, I always have a month to month plan because they tend to go down (solar panel not charging or they need a reboot) and it may be months before I can get to them. The camera choices have reduced, which I can understand, but my favorite, the solar Link Micro S LTE, is no longer available, it is also the longest lasting camera I have, going on five years; I guess you can’t make much money that way. 🙂 ### 1/5 — Totally Useless Subscription *2026-08-07, version 5.17.0* Nonstop false alarms ruin the app and the cameras. Totally useless with hundreds of photos of absolutely nothing. Returning the dozen cameras I purchased, thankfully from Costco. Do Not Buy! ### 1/5 — What a mess *2026-07-31, version 5.16.0* The newest update is a complete mess. Just adding an additional screen doesn’t make it better it makes it cluttered. If you haven’t updated DON’T! ### 1/5 — New update *2026-07-28, version 5.16.0* Everything was well placed before the update. We’re is the battery percentage. I don’t have time to do extra steps when you have misquotes trying to get me. Layout is too long to scroll when you have several cameras. ### 2/5 — Moins de precision *2026-07-27, version 5.16.0* Dans IOS les boutons ”meteo” et ”aide” ne fonctionne plus, de plus, l’interface du tableau de chaque camera etait tres bien avant, on voyait tout de suite le pourcentage de batterie!!! Maintenant on ne voit que ”elevé” ou “faible”…. Mais faible comment??? Ca me dit pas combien de temps il me reste pour aller faire recharger ma batterie!!!! Le pourcentage est tres important!!! De plus, il faut maintenant entrer dans les options de camera pour voir l’etat de la camera, avant on le voyait directement, il n’y a rien de plus, sinon qu’une navigation plus lourde et moins de precision!!! Moi je retourne a l’ancienne versionsi cela est possible!!! Tout etait parfait avant!!! ### 1/5 — New 7/23/26 app sux *2026-07-26, version 5.16.0* Why did Spypoint change their app? Don’t give me the 7646 number to call as I have already spoken to them and they have been unhelpful. They changed the format of the app without even having to update it manually. All the Font size is now super difficult to read, and they changed the battery meter. Battery meter no longer shows a percentage rather it shows a five bar system. I’ve been doing extensive testing with my voltmeter and how it compares to the five meter. Using AA alkaline my flex M series camera are showing medium level battery with three bars and a nominal voltage of 10.62 V, which equals to 1.32v per cell. On the flex M in the system settings, you can only choose between aa lithiums as the power source or auto. My camera is set for Auto. There is now way that 10.66 v could be medium battery left. I’m giving this app review a one star but I would give it zero if possible. I can’t believe you didn’t do a beta test first for rolling this out. ### 1/5 — Cannot make purchases within the app *2026-07-25, version 5.16.0* Unproductive and frustrating to have to login into a browser to make any purchases!
