My user and pass works on website. Not even sure if this is from the actual developer **Developer response:** Hi, Thanks for the review. Trying to figure out how to uninstall it and reinstall it again but it’s still a nightmare. I regret buying this software ### 1/5 — Used to be good *2022-05-26* This app was used to be really good. They don’t even answer support emails. Know they are alive because it was redesigned but it was just cosmetic it doesn’t work reliably anymore. **Developer response:** Hello! Never ends. Never logs in. Please solve the app issues. Mine and all the others. It's strongly recommended to attach screenshots of the problem and describe your issue in detail. ### 1/5 — Great when it works *2021-01-07* Great monitoring tool when it works, unfortunately this is only about 30% of the time. Screen shots on window change are awesome however majority of the time both the app and website show download errors when trying to view the screen shots. Sometimes the live viewing works other times it freezes and won’t update. Same with the key logging, sometimes it works and other times it freezes and stops reporting. If the bugs can be ironed out then this would be the best app/program out there. ### 1/5 — Does not log in?! *2020-11-05* Bought last night/to replace another parental app. Have not been able to login on viewer.
