### 5/5 — Easy!

*2020-11-02, version 2.0.5*

I lent my friend $4,300 for a medical emergency and she said she would pay me back in a few weeks. A few weeks went by and she asked for more time. And more. And more. Long story short it's been 11 months and she straight up ignores me. And my husband told me not to make the loan too. I’m so angry and, even so, I didn’t want to sue her but I didn’t think I had a choice. This is how the system works. I tried to go to the website for the jurisdiction but then I was confused about what jurisdiction to file in. The paperwork was confusing and then there was this thing called service of process that needed more paperwork. It turns out the system actually works against you. I saw an ad for Squabble and figured I’d give it a try. In a word, I felt empowered. Squabble enabled me to do this myself, easily and with no lawyer. It was like an open book test. I filed my case in 10 minutes and Squabble communicated with me well telling me when the case was filed, when the case was accepted by the court, when my friend was served, when the court was notified of the service and they are sending me ways to prepare for court. Squabble has been a huge help. Thank you!

### 5/5 — 5600

*2020-11-02, version 2.0.5*

I currently have a winning judgment from my case against the guy I loaned money to. He’s on a payment plan and it’s 5600. This is seriously progress.

### 5/5 — Cool app.

*2020-11-02, version 2.0.5*

Can’t believe someone finally did this. I was able to file in 10 minutes, court date is set for December. Why did this take so long for someone to create?

### 5/5 — No legal advice (2 stars rating)

*2020-11-02, version 2.0.5*

They won’t give you any legal advice. I tried calling and they said they wouldn’t tell me if I would win my case if I filed. I’ll give them that it was easy to file but they do this and why not tell me if I have a good case?

### 5/5 — Not a Scam

*2020-11-02, version 2.0.5*

I thought this thing was a scam at first so asked around. Turns out my best friend used it to file a case and said it was way better than filing herself. I decided to go ahead and try it and file a case against my ex who destroyed my laptop when he got angry. It was really simple

### 5/5 — 15 min

*2020-11-02, version 2.0.5*

I left my van at a local body shop who did a terrible job on the repairs and wouldn't give me my money back for the half upfront that I paid. I didn’t want to sue anyone and never had before. I went to the court website but was totally confused and couldn’t get a straight answers. A friend recommended Squabble and it took me about 15 minutes to file my case. So far squabble has been great at keeping me up to speed on what’s happening with my case. I have my court date and hope I win.

### 5/5 — No headache anymore

*2020-11-02, version 2.0.5*

Didn’t think this was going to go anywhere because I know what a headache it can be to get something into court. I work day and night so I don’t have time for that. Can’t believe how quick it was to get through. Not sure it can get any easier. Took a couple minutes max

### 5/5 — Works for me

*2020-11-02, version 2.0.5*

Friend promised to pay me back and it never happened. This has happened to me so many times and I was never able to do anything about it. Finally.

### 5/5 — Game changer

*2020-11-02, version 2.0.5*

Never knew that I could start a suit this easily. Don’t think anybody else has anything that compares to this.

### 5/5 — Basically this ended up being free

*2020-11-01, version 2.0.5*

This is like purest form of justice haha. Its in my pocket. $1200 received and I got all the fees back

### 5/5 — Way better than trying to do this myself.

*2020-11-01, version 2.0.5*

Well last time I had to do this it took me 4 months to have the time to figure it out to sue my tenant and then my case got rejected. This time I efiled through Squabble, filing was accepted. I have court in March. Theyre paying me my five grand.

### 5/5 — Justice baby!

*2020-11-01, version 2.0.5*

I tried to get my money from someone I shipped my motorcycle to. They only paid half so I sued them in small claims on Squabble. I was about to give up before I found this app. I asked three friends who are lawyers and they say it’s known as super legit in law world. The process on the app was less than 10 mins. Recommend

### 5/5 — LAWYERS ARE GOING TO HATE THIS HAHA

*2020-11-01, version 2.0.5*

No lawyer allowed in small claims in my county and also my lawyer wanted $600 and then said there’s a couple hundred filing and other fees. Squabble clearly explained what you’re paying - court costs and service of process fees that are required and they take a small fee which was way worth it. It’s a trustworthy app. Super impressed because I hate lawyers.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Horrible service

*2023-08-15*

Contacted and paid the fee three weeks ago and been to communicate with since . Ask for a refund several times with ignored emails . Don’t pay for this service . This is an absolute scam . Told them many times what I wanted and they refuse to make the change and adjustment . They ignore your emails and act like they didn’t get them when it clearly shows I sent them replies . They are just about getting the money and not delivering the service… horrible experience!!!

### 1/5 — Would not recommend.

*2023-05-13*

The company charged 3x the amount to file my case, plus the 95$ flat rate when on their website it says 95$ + the local filing fees NO HIDDEN COSTS. Not sure how it ended up being 335$ when the filing fees for my local court is 58$. Also, never heard any updates on the app or email linked with the account. Just says awaiting acceptance even after I went to a hearing and won. Very poor service. Will be filing a charge back for the 176$ extra they charged me for half of the service they provided. They did file the paperwork correctly so I can give them that, but had I not went without them notifying me I would have lost by default.

### 1/5 — Garbage App

*2022-11-22, version 2.6.7*

Do not download or use this app. It is a scam. I download it in fill out forms necessary to file a claim as per their instructions. Six months later I still do not have a claim filed and they will not answer emails to support. I’m out almost $500 with nobody to talk to, and nothing filed with my local court.

### 1/5 — Total scam

*2022-10-03, version 2.6.7*

Stay away. They claim to “triple check” your paperwork, and correctness of filing is “guaranteed”. I just received notice from the local court that I need to re-file because Squabble paid the wrong filing fee. When I tried to reach Squabble via email I can see that both attempts were read by their customer service department, but they still haven’t responded to either one. I’ve now lost over a month of valuable time - severely compromising my case. Seems like this is a very small start-up with zero customer service.

### 1/5 — Confused and no support

*2022-09-28, version 2.6.7*

The app says to file in my county, yet the business resides in another county. So which is it? Forget about asking because they “do not offer online support” so no way of contacting them.

### 1/5 — Nice app, horrible customer service

*2021-11-04, version 2.6.0*

The customer service they provide defeats the whole purpose of the app. Customer service reps are rude and nasty they respond after 2 weeks, let alone them returning a phone cal. Stay away from this app

### 1/5 — No communication

*2021-06-30, version 2.4.4*

Apps states that there was a issue with information. Said to check email. No email even checked spam folder. So I emailed support and get a ticket number, still no response. Took my 270$ though. Poor communication, no phone number, no online chat. Bad enough your trying to get what’s right through small claims and then deal with this.

### 1/5 — DO NOT USE SQUABBLE

*2020-03-11, version 1.16.2*

They charged me $370 to file paperwork incorrectly. I have been arguing with them for 10 days asking to cancel and send a refund, they have a 19 day wait before the do anything. They are refusing to give me my money back even though they haven’t filed paperwork.

Shady company, they did listed the person I am suing incorrectly!

It’s only $56 to fill out the exact same info at the courthouse! DO NOT USE THEM, YOU WILL REGRET IT!

### 5/5 — What’s great app!!!!

*2023-04-20*

Had a issue with an airline and used Squabble to file for small claims court. Easy to use. They handled everything. Even the service in 1 attempt. The airlines ended up settling out of court thanks to squabble.

Thank you Squabble Team

### 5/5 — Squabble really works with their clients

*2022-05-03, version 2.6.7*

I had a situation where I filed a complaint against a person who hit my car causing a great deal in damage. I found squabble online while searching how to file a small claim. I have never sued anyone and really didn’t know what to do. I decided to file with squabble and did so. While the dispute was in process, the matter was resolved therefore I had no reason to pursue my claim against the defendant. I reached out to squabble by email and to my surprise a “live” person called me to discuss. Her name was Patricia. She was so nice and understanding regarding my matter and was more than happy to refund the entire amount I paid back to the credit card I used. This is extremely uncommon with dot com companies. It is always difficult to get through to them and when you do, you generally get someone in a foreign call center who doesn’t understand or care about your situation. Not at all the case with squabble! I am shocked by how responsive and understanding this company is. Other companies need to follow their example. Thank you Patricia and thank you Squabble!

### 5/5 — So easy

*2021-10-21, version 2.5.9*

I knew I had a good case and just needed to get in front of the judge. I’m a busy guy and have a lot going on and needed a customer to pay me the $5k they owed me. I outsourced the process to Squabble and they took care of everything! Great communication and support. I just showed up, won my case and got paid. Saved me a ton of time. Great company! Highly recommend!

### 5/5 — Fantastic and SO Easy to Use

*2021-10-12, version 2.5.9*

Squabble makes the daunting task of filing a small claims court case incredibly easy, simple, and accessible. If you have a dispute that you need legally worked out, I couldn’t recommend this app enough.

### 5/5 — Nice app

*2020-11-12, version 2.2.1*

This app is the best you really should download it 5 star

### 5/5 — Squabble Texas.

*2020-11-03, version 2.0.5*

I’m from Austin,Texas and I Squabbled a person who lives in Houston. The guy sold me a car on craigslist. **I’ve used Craigslist in the past to buy cars for myself and kids. I’ve never had an issue buying a car from Craigslist so not blaming craigslist at all. He promised the car worked well (2013 SUV) but he lied. The SUV has so many problems. I Squabbled him, went to the court date in Houston, and the judge ruled that he is liable to pay me for a defective car and because she lied about the SUV’s condition. The seller paid me back in full!

### 5/5 — Pretty sweet

*2020-11-03, version 2.0.5*

Because of how easy Squabble is, I filed a lawsuit in court against my business partner who owes me about $7K for breaking our business contract. I didn’t need to pay a lawyer to file my case in court. I just downloaded the app, answered a few questions, and Squabble filed the lawsuit. I saved a bunch of money by using Squabble...imagine how much a lawyer would have charged me??!!

### 5/5 — Nice

*2020-11-03, version 2.0.5*

Everyone has been talking about this new app so I downloaded Squabble just to see what all the hype is about. I used Squabble

### 5/5 — Very easy process

*2020-11-03, version 2.0.5*

Im so not a “techy person” however this app is super easy to use. It’s actually fun and just easy.

### 5/5 — DO NOT GO TO A LAWYER

*2020-11-02, version 2.0.5*

Went to a lawyer and he wanted to charge me $800 just to review the case. He said I’d have to file it myself or the fees would be closer to $2000. I did this in Squabble and filed. Court date is in February. This person admitted they owe me money so I’m sure I’ll collect.
