I absolutely love this game and play it daily. The reason I’m only giving it three stars is because it’s been a very long time since there’s been any game play update and it’s very frustrating! Once the update has been completed I will be more than happy to change my rating to five stars.

The past few days the game won’t open. It shows the game’s load bar almost getting full and then stopping right before initializing fully. I don’t know what to do and the support button doesn’t work, it’s frozen. I love the game and paid for vip and multiple other packages but I can’t even get in to play. What do I do?
